The property fee of $15 per room/day (different for Villas) includes loaner beach badges (summer), unlimited wifi, daily bottled water, in-room coffee & tea, premium cable channels, panoramic roof deck access, bicycle and beach article open storage areas.  We endeavor to refresh your room but if we are unable due to Covid-19 circumstances, please text your request for trash pick-up, linens, towels and supplies to 609-902-3185 by 1 pm.
