Atlantis Inn is located at beach block in Ocean City, NJ. Built ca. 1904, this 115 year old Grand Victorian is fully sprinklered and offers central air-conditioning. Along with a classic lobby in the French Provencale style, a dining room, modern kitchen and a wrap-around verandah, it features 12 Suites, and 2 ground floor apartments, all themed after European destinations. We offer upscale accommodations featuring whirlpool baths, spa showers and fireplaces complimented by fine Italian drapery and bed linens. A roof deck on the 4th floor provides idyllic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Boardwalk and its landmarks, Atlantic City and neighboring towns of Somers Point and Margate. Guests can lounge or dine for breakfast in good weather on the wrap-around veranda. A leafy cafe-style patio is open to all guests on first-come, first-served basis. We ask you to help preserve this unique property when you visit.
No check in is required. You are pre-registered. We are a keyless facility. Check-in is from 4 pm using a pin code emailed to guests. Our keyless-entry system eliminates wait time, increases security, as well as frees up guests from carrying key cards. Pin codes will de-activate at check-out which is 11 AM. Pin codes will not activate if you have a balance or if there is not a credit card on file. Early arrival from 1:00 – 3:00 pm or late check-out till 1 pm may be available, both for a fee and will be confirmed by the Inn at least a day or 2 in advance.
Resort Fees & Maid’s Gratuity
Resort fee of $12.50 per room/day will be charged to your credit card, beach tags, bottled water, wireless internet, premium cable tv channels, bicycle storage areas, roof deck access and afternoon refreshments (peak season). Maid Gratuity is $5 per day (different for Villas). Tips are pooled and are not included for breakfast staff. Value of breakfast is $17.95 per person. Thank you in advance.
Young Adults Accepted.
Young adults, from 13 years old, are welcome at the Inn. All persons must be declared at time of booking. Children under 13, now only accepted in the Villa apartments. All extra persons are charged $65 per night, if suite occupancy allows; Children under 13 are charged $50 per night (if they are the extra person).
Loaner Beach Badges.
Seasonal beach tags (2 per room) will be provided at check-in in your guest room where they must be left at departure. The Inn does not carry spares and a replacement badge must be immediately procured for the subsequent guest. A charge of $35 per tag will be charged to your bill to replace missing badges. Sorry, we cannot extend use of these badges beyond check-out time of 11 am as arriving guests typically stop in for them at around 12 noon.
Our offsite municipal parking spaces are the nearest that allow overnight parking. Advanced parking reservations are required for non-refundable $19.50 per day ($24.50 if no reservation), unlimited in-out access.
In the peak season, hotel staff will visit with you in the early evening to verify last minute requests. Service is limited from 7 pm. Most room refreshes occur between 2 pm to 5 pm depending on how busy the staff is. Do call if there is a need to rush.
