Minimum Stay Requirements:
THREE NIGHTS: Summer Weekends June 18-Sept 5, 2010; and Holiday Weekends
TWO NIGHTS: Weekends Sept 10-June 13 (except Holiday weekends); and Midweek Sept 6-June 17. Shorter stays of one/two nights are sometimes available in between scheduled reservations. Check website Online Availability Calendar; or call (609) 399-9871 to inquire about last minute cancellations, etc.)
Reservation Deposit: For advanced bookings, a 50% required OR a two night's stay, whichever is greater is required. For promotional discount package offers, and all reservations booked within 15 days of arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking. All room rates subject to NJ State taxes. Rates based on Double-occupancy. Extra person charge: $35 each p/night, regardless of age.
Check-in 2-7pm. Check-out 10-11am.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: The Inn is a SMOKE-FREE facility, and non-smoking policies are strictly enforced! Unauthorized smoking in the Inn will result in fines, penalties and a minimum $300 cleaning charge.
**Villa Apartments Leases: Villa Apartments are leased SATURDAY-SATURDAY only June 12-Sept 11, 2010 and are subject to signed lease agreement & security deposit, which is refundable within 7 days following check-out. Villas may be rented daily/ weekend/ weekly during the off-season (late Sept thru mid-June), and DISCOUNTED weekly lease rates are available. Villa lease cancellation subject to re-rental for same time period, minus fees, and are subject to lease agreement. Shorter stays are available if villas do not have a weekly lease, or in case of availability due to last minute cancellations. Call (609) 399-9871 one to two weeks prior to arrival for last minute villa booking requests.
Waiting/Cancellation List: If your desired dates are sold out, we welcome you to email us or call us and be placed on a waiting-cancellation list for the desired dates of your stay. This list DOES NOT apply to room selection changes.
Cancellation policy/Change Reservation Dates: The Inn's policy is to never overbook rooms, therefore to receive a refund, we require a minimum 15 day notice of cancellation and charge a $75 booking/cancel fee p/suite. If cancellation is made less than 15 days of arrival date, deposits are refunded only if room/villa is re-rented for same reservation time period, minus fees. One-Night stays and promotional discount offer bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Daily Maid Service: Maid room gratuity not included. The Atlantis Inn offers daily maid service, and our staff is very eager to serve you throughout your stay. Our maids are among the absolute best in Ocean City. They work very hard behind the scenes thoroughly cleaning and preparing to make your visit comfortable and very enjoyable. A suggested maid gratuity is $5.00-$10.00 per day per suite or villa.
Group Reservations: The Inn hosts family/friend reunions, large group family stays, corporate meeting guests, wedding parties & their guests for various celebratory affairs, and extended family vacation stays. Group reservations of more than two suites require advance payment in full at time of booking, and/or a group/corporate contract. The Inn's policy is to never overbook rooms, therefore to receive a refund; we require a minimum 30 day notice of a group cancellation, and charge a 25% cancellation fee of the total booked group stay, OR a one night stay fee of individual suites deleted from the group booking. If cancellation is made less than 30 days of arrival date, deposits are refunded only if room/villa is re-rented for same reservation time period, minus fees. Reservations for group bookings of the entire Inn require signed contract and payment in full at time of booking.
